* Flights are Public Charters operated by Virgin America. Advertised airfares are one-way and include Federal excise Tax of 7.5%. Airfares do not include September 11th Security Fees of $2.50 per person. Federal Flight Segment Taxes of $3.50 per person, Passenger Facility Charges (PFC) of up to $4.50 per person, and Convenience Fees of $10.00 per person per flight segment. Bookings made by visiting a Direct Air ticket counter location will not be assessed the Convenience Fee. For reservations made by calling (877) 432-DIRECT, a $2.00 per person Reservations Department Fee will apply. Advance seat selection prior to departure requires a $5.00 service charge per person per flight segment. Fares subject to availability at the time of booking, and are subject to change. A Standard Baggage Service Fee will apply for carriage of all checked luggage; surcharges may apply for excess/overweight checked baggage. See Operator-Participant Agreement for full information.
Step one -
Determine package type and who will be rooming and playing
with you. Package rates are based on double occupancy, tee
times are based on four players. If you do not provide a
room mate name or indicate “need room mate”, single
occupancy will be assumed and an up charge rate must be paid
by you upon checking in. You will also need to provide
players names in your foursome, otherwise space will be
assigned by pairings committee. Once space is assigned,
changes will not be allowed
Step two - You can
register in any one of three options. They are:
1) Online - Complete Registration Form online and submit. After
your reservation is processed and confirmed, A reservationist will
contact you (at the telephone number provided by you). Full payment
by credit card will be expected with confirmation, otherwise space
will be released.
2) Phone reservation - register by phone by calling the
reservation
center at 877-432-3473. You
must identify that you are calling to
register for FLASH. Payment
will be required with reservation.
3) Mail - call NJ FMBA headquarters for form to be
faxed or mailed. You
must complete form and return
with full payment. Mail to: MBDA,

No registration forms will
be processed after Nov.1, 2008
Step three - After
completing registration, if needed, secure air
transportation and car rental. Direct Air will
provide special discounts from cities they service. FLASH
participants must use Promo Code “ FLASH” when making air
reservation and provide FLASH event confirmation upon
checking in at airport. Failure to provide registration
confirmation will void discount fare and prevailing rate

Each individual is responsible to arrange their own
transportation while staying in Myrtle Beach. U-SAVE Car
Rental, located in Myrtle Beach Airport, is providing
special rates for all FLASH participants. Reservations can
be made direct by calling U-SAVE (1-800-441-3741). You must
provide Promo Code “FLASH” when making reservation and show
your registration confirmation upon picking up vehicle to
receive deep discounted rate. Failure to present
registration confirmation will void discounted rate and
prevailing rate will be charged.
Step four - If you
require additional nights stay, additional golf, single
occupancy, etc (outside general package), you must contact
resort directly only after base reservation has been made
and confirmation number received by you.
